Warranty Coverage
Duration
- All paddles come with a limited 12-month structural warranty that covers manufacturer defects and workmanship issues.
- Limited 6-month warranty covering core materials, deformation, and delamination.
What is Covered

- Structural issues that affect the performance of the product.
- Defects that are present at the time of receipt.
What is Not Covered
- Paddles showing wear and tear from normal play.
- Texture breakdown resulting from regular use.
- Breaks, dents, scratches, or other damage caused by collisions or impacts.
- Edge deterioration from repeated strikes with the ground, negligent care, or abuse.
- Paddles that have been permanently modified or tampered with.
- Purchases made over one year ago from the original purchase date.
- Paddles bought as “used” or new from private parties or unauthorized dealers.
- Damage from transportation, acts of nature, or accidents.
- Claims without a valid proof of purchase, including gifted products, will not be accepted. Original proof of purchase is required.
- Damage caused by improper storage or exposure to extreme conditions, temperatures below 40F or 5C.
Warranty Claim Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@zick.com.au with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
- Assessment: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or evidence if necessary.
- Approval: If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective product to us.
- Resolution: Depending on the nature of the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit.
Conditions and Limitations
- This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period.
- Zick reserves the right to determine whether a product is eligible for warranty coverage and the appropriate resolution.
- Any factory defects discovered upon arrival must be reported to Zick with photographic evidence before the paddle is used, including the handle plastic wrap remaining intact, in accordance with our return policy.
- Warranty does not apply to replacement paddles.
- Paddles purchased from authorized retail partners must have receipt and proof of purchase with purchase date.
