At Zick Pickleball, we're all about finding the Gear to Match Your Drive. When you purchase any Zick Paddle you get a 30-day risk-free trial. You can put our paddles to the test for a full month, and if it doesn't quite serve up the performance you desire, you can either exchange it or return it for a full refund. We even pay the return shipping!* Our commitment to your satisfaction is as fierce as your game, and we're here to assist you in making the perfect choice!

Returns
Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Damaged paddles will not be accepted. This includes paddles with:

Removed stock grips.

Stock grips that are stained or have an odor.

Scuffed, cracked, or blemished edgeguards.
-
Scratches, dents, or markings on the paddle face.
-
Any signs of heavy use as determined by Zick.
-
Zick reserves the right to refuse return requests at its discretion.

Paddles that are returned and found to be damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

Please make sure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains, and rips. Items received in damaged condition (unless faulty) may not be accepted for return.

Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number, receipt).
Process

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@zick.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, photos of the items and the reason for the return.

Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
