All shipping is available via Australia Post and their shipping partners for your country.

An order confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address that you enter at checkout.

We endeavour to process orders within 1-2 full business days and aim to have items delivered to you as follows: Estimated delivery times (business days). Longer delivery times apply to locations outside metro areas. You can check with Australia post for more information on this.

Longer shipping times may occur due to your countries customs office.

In the event that your delivery is paused, held by customs, missing, stolen please contact your countries postal system or customs office to see if the order is within their possession. Once your enquiry has been confirmed we can then enquire with Auspost or other courier to investigate further.

Reimbursements of orders will only be processed once the package has been returned to us or in the event it is lost, stolen, missing, the postal service has reimbursed our company.

Please note: each country may impose their own taxes or duties once the product is to be collected by the purchaser.
